These viral Charcuterie Nachos are everywhere I look and I was forced to make them due to my own cravings.
There are so many variations and you can get so creative! I decided to use what I had on hand and now I need to make these 5 more times before the weekend ends. Here’s how I brought these together.
Charcuterie Nachos 🧀
Ingredients
Kettle Chips (make sure your chips are sturdy! I used the Truffle Oil Kettle Chips)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Salami, cut in triangles
Prosciutto, torn in half and gently wrapped into a ball
Hot Honey (I love this one from Savannah Bee Company)
Fig Preserves
Flaky sea salt
St. Andre Triple Cream, crumbled (or any soft cheese like Brie)
To Serve With:
Sliced nectarine
Grapes
Dijon mustard
Instructions
In an oven safe dish or sheet tray, add your chips and spread them out. Leave some space on the sides for your fruits and condiments.
Sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese. Place in the oven and broil on high until the cheese is melty, about 2-3 minutes. (This is optional, if you don’t want to melt the cheese, skip this step!)
Now layer! I add my salami and prosciutto followed by fig preserves and then my soft cheese. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
This step is important: pour yourself a glass of champagne or a chilled Topo Chico or a frosty coke and share this with no one. This is yours. If anyone in your house tries to take some, you can blame it on me.
As you can see, you really can put your own spin on these! Get creative! Enjoy!
Yum!!!
